Sometimes it looks like a kite. Sometimes a fighter-bomber. Sometimes a flower. This is the ray fish, like a chameleon but less harmless. Come to think of it, it has something of a flying saucer that slowly cruises not in the air but in the waters of almost all the seas, close to the coasts.
It is a rare fish, with a lot of family. Some give off electric shocks, inject venom and bite ferociously. Such a “character” could not go unnoticed by Anne Señol’s avid storytelling eyes, nor by the portrait brushes of Adián González, the illustrator of the Zoorprendentes collection.
